kb2b is a B2B knowledge base where each customer account lives as a POT (Knowledge Pot) — a specialized container holding every document, meeting transcript, and fact extracted automatically. You ask. kb2b answers with the source and its POT Score (the confidence metric, 0.0–1.0). kb2b is built on top of SciPot, the certified memory infrastructure for AI agents. SciPot provides the POTs and POT Scores; kb2b provides the use experience tuned for commercial teams. A concrete example: you ask kb2b “When does the contract with this account expire?”. kb2b answers with the date, points you to the source document framework-contract-2026.pdf (section 3.2), shows you the POT Score for that fact is 0.92 — Verified (validated by a Human Curator on your team), and reminds you of the last meeting recorded with the account — all in one response. Every teammate sees the same thing. No answer ships without its source.
