Three ways to put knowledge into the POT

Every fact inside the POT has a POT Score between0.00 and 1.00. The score defines which level the fact lives at:

What kb2b is NOT
- Not a generic chatbot. kb2b doesn’t live on the open internet. It lives inside your accounts and the documents you’ve loaded. Ask it something out of scope and it’ll tell you it doesn’t have material to answer instead of making things up.
- Not just another meeting recorder. Capture is local from kb2b Desktop, no bot joining the call. The novelty isn’t the recording; it’s that the transcript feeds account memory automatically.
- Not a CRM. It doesn’t replace Salesforce, HubSpot or Pipedrive. It coexists. The CRM is the formal structure (accounts, stages, amounts). kb2b is the narrative brain — context, decisions, the whys.
