kb2b is a B2B knowledge base where every customer account lives as a POT (Knowledge Pot) — a specialized container holding every document, meeting transcript and extracted fact your team has accumulated about that account. You ask questions; kb2b answers with the source and a POT Score (the confidence metric, between 0.00 and 1.00) next to every claim. kb2b is built on top of SciPot, the certified memory infrastructure for AI agents. SciPot provides the POTs, the POT Scores and the knowledge graph; kb2b provides the experience tuned for commercial teams that live in accounts and meetings.

A concrete example

You ask kb2b:
When does this account’s contract expire?
kb2b answers with the date, shows that the fact comes from the master-contract-2026.pdf document (section 3.2), tells you that fact’s POT Score is 0.92 — Verified (validated by a Human Curator on your team), and points you at the most recent meeting logged with the account — all in one reply. Every member of the team sees the same thing. No answer ever lands without its source.

Three ways to put knowledge into the POT

An empty POT isn’t useful. kb2b gives you three complementary ways to feed it:

Documents

Upload PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Markdown, HTML, text, CSV, JSON, XML, YAML. Each file is parsed, chunked and turned into atomic facts.

Meetings

kb2b Desktop captures system audio without joining the call as a bot. Transcripts ingest into the POT with citations to the exact minute of the meeting.

Curator mode

You type a fact in natural language at /dashboard/conocimiento and kb2b refines it with AI before saving. For knowledge that lives in your head.
Whatever comes in as a document, meeting or curated entry comes out as atomic facts inside the POT’s graph. Every fact has its POT Score, its keywords, its provenance and its relationships to other facts.

The POT Score — the confidence metric

Every fact inside the POT has a POT Score between 0.00 and 1.00. The score defines which level the fact lives at:

In chat you’ll see the POT Score next to every citation, with a colored border (green ≥ 0.8, yellow ≥ 0.6, orange ≥ 0.4, red below). The Knowledge and trust page explains how the score is computed and how it evolves.

Chat with the POT

Ask in natural language. Get a synthesized answer with citations to POT facts and visible POT Scores.

Explore the graph

Navigate facts directly. See detected contradictions, discuss them with your team, promote or demote.

Capture meetings

kb2b Desktop captures the audio. When the meeting ends, the transcript ingests into the POT.

Scout — AI agent

Scout combines POT facts with web search. Returns 3-5 insight cards with citations to your POT and the external sources.

What kb2b is NOT

  • Not a generic chatbot. kb2b doesn’t live on the open internet. It lives inside your accounts and the documents you’ve loaded. Ask it something out of scope and it’ll tell you it doesn’t have material to answer instead of making things up.
  • Not just another meeting recorder. Capture is local from kb2b Desktop, no bot joining the call. The novelty isn’t the recording; it’s that the transcript feeds account memory automatically.
  • Not a CRM. It doesn’t replace Salesforce, HubSpot or Pipedrive. It coexists. The CRM is the formal structure (accounts, stages, amounts). kb2b is the narrative brain — context, decisions, the whys.
  • Not a document search tool. Searching inside PDFs is what Notion, Drive and OneDrive do. The difference: kb2b extracts facts from the document, connects them to each other, scores them by confidence and lets you ask them in natural language.
