# Token limits

> What the 95% warning and 110% block mean, how to buy top-ups or change plan.

## Quick summary

* **95% usage**: a yellow warning appears in kb2b. You can still query.
* **110% usage**: queries are blocked until (a) you buy a token top-up, (b) you upgrade your plan, or (c) the next billing period starts.

## Your options when you see the warning

1. **Buy a token top-up** — one-time: Boost 5M (€90), Surge 25M (€400), Heavy 75M (€1050), Mega 150M (€1950). Added instantly.
2. **Upgrade plan** — move from Spark to Cortex (more recurring quota) or from Cortex to Synapse.
3. **Wait for the next period** — if usage was occasional, wait for the next cycle.

## When you're blocked (110%)

Queries return an error. Document ingestion also pauses. You need to take one of the 3 actions above to resume. No data is lost.
